Support for players and their relatives at the IFT Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung (Prevention and Health Promotion) institute in Munich.
Players with gambling problems and their relatives can access support and written information from the IFT in Munich.
This service can be used anonymously. It is free of charge and fully independent of Entain. Employees of the service are required to maintain complete confidentiality.
You can contact the service in the following ways:
- By telephone Mon–Fri, during office hours: +49 (0)89 3608 0493
- Outside office hours: Leave a message on the answer machine, with or without your name, and your telephone number. We will call you back within one working day

Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung (BZgA)
The Federal Center for Health Education (BZgA) provides hotlines in German and Turkish, addiction support and support for relatives, as well as an online chat support. It also provides information about gambling addiction and regional offers of assistance with problematic or addicting gambling behaviour.
